Family Fun at Clark Farms Matunuck!
2009 brought our first ever Sunflower maze. It was a huge hit with the kids and parents too.
This year it's a maze of corn and we have greatly expanded and improved our maze. We have teamed up with Maze Quest, the country's premier designer and manager of mazes, to make a maze like none other in RI! While our maze is fun for all ages, it contains an educational scavenger hunt that is best suited for children from 4-15 years old. My 9 year old helped with the design and testing and he thinks it is great. We have already had hundreds of people through it this year, and the reviews are overwhemingly positive. As you can see, it is cut in a rainforest theme, and everthing else we do this year in the entertainment and education area supports that. We know it is sometimes hot in a cornfield this time of the year, so come in and cool off in our real live Rainforest Pavilion, The Rainforests of the World. We have created a rainforest environment, complete with rain, real live poison dart frogs, red eyed tree frogs, tropical butterflies and the plants to support them. Other attractions include our now famous giant slide, now renamed the Maze Mountain Slide, our greatly expanded farm animal feeding and petting area, a much bigger corn pit, and some new attractions you'll just have to see for yourself.
